Premier Christmas Program

Last week Kaden has his very first Christmas program. The 3 year olds got to sing 3 songs. His class was featured in Frosty the Snowman!

His class was dressed as snowmen. He was quite excited about it as you can see.

Ain't he a stinker!

This was the last time he has the whole outfit on.

After singing Frosty at the top of his lungs for weeks, he froze up on stage!
Oh well there is always next year!

Baby Punkin at 12 weeks!

We had our first sonogram on Wednesday! This was a prescreening for Down Syndrome. We will receive the results soon. We are confident this lil Punkin is healthy but wanted to make sure!

It was fun to see Punkin kicking around. This one is very active! When I start feeling it, I am in for some fun! It even had it's hands up by it's face like Kaden always used to do!

By the way, Punkin is the name Kaden has given the baby. Actually it is Punkin Punkin Jackson Rhodes. he is pretty determined it's a boy. Hopefully we will find out soon!

Christmas Tree Lighting in Southlake!

The Santa Breakfast was a bit disappointing but the tree lighting was awesome!
We drove around for about 20 minutes to park but still arrived right in time for the tree lighting!
They had all kinds of free stations!
Kaden loved the cookie decorating one. I think we had more icing and sprinkles than cookie!
yummy!
Allison "helped" him make a hand reindeer.
Good job Allison
I was nervous about the ornament painting...but no need....
Notice the perfect stripes he painted on his candy cane!
Kaden's entourage!
Becky and Issy!
ahhhhh sisters!
Writing a letter to Santa! Kaden added in a husband for Allison, so thoughtful!
Ready to mail!
Reaching high!
Love my big guy!
Thanks for coming everyone!
We had a lot of fun!

Breakfast with Santa

For the past 2 years I have wanted to take Kaden to a breakfast with Santa. This year he hasn't been totally terrified of him so we headed out for some breakfast and fun!
We checked out Santa's sleigh on the way in. No gifts for us on it but I am sure the elves are working hard on them!
Issy and Kaden enjoying the tree
Breakfast was 3 cold muffins and our choice of juice or milk. Not the hot breakfast I was imaging. Kaden did enjoy the giant sucker though!
yummy muffin!
The man of the hour!
Rudolph! I guess he is finally getting over his costumed people fear!
I had a better pic of him and Frosty ready to take but some lady walked right in front..I instead got her hiney!
Kaden enjoying some sweet SWAG!
Raising his hand to participate in the hula hoop contest, after 3 minutes he changed his mind.
Trying out the BMW!
On the way in they had a red carpet laid out. Kaden loved the nutcracker so we went back to take a picture of him.
While waiting for our turn for Santa Kaden's name was called for a door prize. He chose this annoying flashing wand. There were movies, but he insisted on this. Gun times.
A nice self portrait!
After waiting 2 hours for our turn we found out that no one was actually checking the scrap of paper that gave you your group. Needless to say this is the best picture we could get.

He did tell him what he wanted. A Mickey train, a watch and binoculars!
All in all it was fun but we won't be rushing back next year!

Shape Walk

Kaden and I decided to go for a walk and find some shapes!
This is, of course, the circle!
Not a shape but he liked the awesome tall pole!
An oval....he loves this pointer!
A rectangle brick.
A heart shaped leaf and a heart rock!
We found our triangle on the end of his pointer!
Little blurry..marching along!
Molly helping us out.
Our last shape the star, right on our very own house!
